Our service operates in three comprehensive stages:

Stage One: Pre-Travel Experience

  1. Initial Consultation: We listen to your requirements and advise on personalized travel itineraries.
  2. Itinerary Proposal: Upon agreement, we email the detailed itinerary with accommodation and transport options.
  3. Reservation Confirmation: After your approval, we email a reservation form for the 50% tour deposit.
  4. Full Confirmation: Within 48 hours of deposit receipt, you’ll receive confirmation and tour preparation details.
  5. Balance Payment: The remaining tour price is due 30 days before your tour begins.

Stage Two: Travel Experience

  1. Arrival Assistance: Upon landing at Lima International Airport, our staff welcomes you and transfers you to your hotel.
  2. Check-In Support: Our English-speaking agent assists with hotel check-in and provides essential tips.
  3. Continuous Monitoring: Throughout your trip, we monitor all reservations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  4. On-Ground Support: Our multilingual guides and agents are available 24/7 for assistance, regardless of location.
  5. Departure Service: On your last day in Peru, we ensure timely transport to the airport for your return flight.

Stage Three: Post-Travel Experience

  1. Feedback Welcome: We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with ECS Travel.
  2. Ongoing Collaboration: We remain at your service for future travel plans and itinerary updates.

Terms and Conditions

Our rates are applicable to requested travel dates and subject to availability. We ensure similar or higher-class accommodation if the initial choices are unavailable. Additional charges may apply during peak seasons. Cancellation policies adhere to company guidelines, while itineraries remain flexible due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

We accept bank wire transfers and credit card payments for tour reservations.

Tour Inclusions

Our packages cover domestic travel, accommodation, transfers, and 24/7 assistance in Peru. International airfares, airport taxes, meals beyond the itinerary, personal expenses, and insurance are excluded.

Travel Insurance

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical issues, baggage loss, and trip cancellations.
